These terms govern your use of Bibrary. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Bibrary.

The service

Bibrary aggregates publicly available information about running races in Belgium and lets registered users save and rate them. Race details are collected from third-party sources and organisers and are provided for convenience. We do our best to keep them accurate but we do not guarantee that any date, distance, price, or registration status is correct or current — always confirm with the official organiser before relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bibrary for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, infringing, or that you have no right to share.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of ratings, comments, and race submissions you provide. By submitting them you grant us a licence to store, display, and use them to operate and improve Bibrary. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

Bibrary’s name, design, and original content are ours or our licensors’. Race data belongs to its respective sources and organisers.

Disclaimer and liability

Bibrary is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on race information found here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You may stop using Bibrary and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
